i was at tcw back in late 90 early 2000. it was a pretty decent company as companys go back then. everything seemed to work out for a while until one day prick ceo junior came down from nashville & the following monday everything changed for the lease operator. company trucks took any good local gravy runs while we were expected to settle for leftover crap. it's one thing to take something thats not great followed by some really good city work but another when the company trucks are all dispatched on top revenue only loads. after a few weeks they started losing trucks including myself which i didn't bother show up but a few days after that while looking for another home. no tcw since then has s#@t their lease trucks over on a pretty regular basis. it;s only a matter of time before they do same to you although somewhat surprising you have been there 9yrs. i don't think its been 9 yrs since they terminated all the lease drivers in savannah. i figured maybe five years at the most unless your from another terminal transferred down.i know they fired all their company drivers a few years back in kingsport, tn because those guys asked for more money.tcw has a way to deal with working folk. its part of their corporate blue blood training.
