I pulled a twenty footer Friday morning one hundred miles finding that it had 64,000 inside. They are going to pay me $50 extra for this after the fact. Never again-they can look for another trucker to break his equipment. I could not believe only $50 extra for that load. I wonder how much they charged or did they just give this customer a break on our backs.

i see a company called heavy weight pulling out of the port with three axle forty foot chassis. i don't know what their truckers make but i bet it's not near enough for the damage they do to the trucks.

Even with a permit that would be overweight in GA. Plus I think those 20' boxes are only supposed to have 48-50k lbs in them. Been a while so don't quote me on that.
