drivers beware of the company called CBT . These not a very nice persons preach safety ( yet they push you to pull 94,000+ loads) they tell you that you can refuse loads( yet these jackasses threaten you with your job if you do) and then these idiots talk to you like you owe them just for leasing on to their sorry company . all the while telling you that if you do refuse a load they will have to "re-evaluate your fitting into their gameplan " . I for one am glad I dont work for those little thingysuckers anymore. and charging $120 a week for cargo insurance and they dont give you a written policy ? WTF ?

yes, it is in the contract which makes it legal for the to make the deduction.

I have heard about the bull crap going on at CBT . They think they can tell you what to do with your truck huh ? I heard the loads are extremely heavy as well. I wonder if DOT knows about the weights they are hauling ? I know someone who works for the State police , maybe they will get a call this weekend

yes, it is in the contract which makes it legal for the to make the deduction. i would like to see copy of insurance policy if i am paying for it. they have to provide owner-operator that paper wk along with the cost in writing. anything else is illegal under leasing laws. |
