25.00 stop off pay
100.00 for haz mat
overweight pay 25.00 per state, if load is over 48,000 excessive weight pay is added in depending on how much weight.
(ex: 48,000 - 50,000 pounds $90.00, 50,000 - 52,000 $125.00 52,000 - 54,000 $ 175.00)
sign on bonus of 500.00 after 90 days

Occ/Acc 31.70 per week
Bobtail ins. (opt.) 8.34 per week
