This Company is located on Appleby Rd and Grange Rd on the left before the trax across from Con global. They make you pay for your own drug test, and your own fuel. No Fuel cards, and no Surcharge. No log books. On my first week, none of us got paid on that Friday due to the Owner not signing the checks until 545pm. For some odd reason, mine wasnt given to me until the following Wednesday. And then it wasnt right. That Friday 2 days later, the same thing. Owner doesnt bring the checks until 550pm. I never got my Direct Deposit. They just kept cutting me checks the weeks I was there. Then they expected you to Bobtail all over the City for free and get a box for 37.50. I finally had enough of their 545pm check deliveries on Friday, no work on some days and pulled my Truck. I went to the Grange Rd location to retreive my last check and there wasnt one there for me. Was told they "Mail" the last check. Also spoke to the Account Mgr Connie about my pay not being accurate and on time. Each time we spoke in person, she vowed to make it right. For which she never did. Stay Far Away from this Company.

drivers need to get together and run this clown out of town NOW.driver you need to make sure you are at the next meeting witch i think is on July 9th at 9.30 at farmers market and bring your friends,how many drivers are there going thru this there.

i hear the driver meeting is june 9th. there will be more drivers from our company this time. the only way to stop these stupid games being played by the brokers in savannah is by making the movement you guys started stronger every month.

Womans name is Connie Hill. Blonde hair and thinks she is a badass. Wont answer the phone when you call for her. They took my escrow citing I didnt deliver a hand written 30 day notice so I forfeit my escrow.
I spoke to OOIDA and they said I could take them to small claims and win hands down. Truth in Leasing laws force them to give back the money. Was told no Judge would rule against you on this. You can also recoup Court Costs.
But I had another friend who owned 3 trucks and said he ran into a similar situation where he sued and it got drug out in court for a year. In the end he was forced to settle for less than. Told me not to waste my time.

nope, u sue them in small claims court. i think anything under $7,500 now in georgia. the decision is made by judge. only time i saw it extended was when other party was doctor certified sick . other then that i have see other party not show up and case went to the one in court. if u win in small claims court and they don't pay. that's when u go after anything in their name with a judgement proceeding.i know been there sued trucking company for my escrow account plus interest and damages or time. went got a judgement against them. even file against property they own at courthouse, i did that too. gets a great response especially if they have a partner. they can't borrow money with judgement which also gets their attention fast. time to play their game. do onto others after they have screwed with my money.
