we are working for cheats in norfolk

i don't know about the rest of you but we really have some s#)t eating companies in norfolk virginia. these thieves are stealing anything-everything from drivers they can get their hands on. i dare one to explain how they feel taking more then what the percentage of revenue is they are supposed to pay in the lease is not stealing. also this 100% of the fuel surcharge promised is bogus. try checking behind them and see what they do to cover up. i have caught them twice cheating us with two different customers. there must be something we can do about this. any suggestions?

get copies of customers billing if you can. they are breaking federal law if they lie about the gross revenue to screw you on the percentage. if they are doing this to you they're doing it to all their truckers so you may have basis for class action. does anyone know a god attorney there? if the trucking company has deep enough pockets to withstand a lawsuit your attorney may go after them. if not call ooida. ooida may already be looking at this company so truckers where your at could join in a bigger case. don't let them get away with what they are doing to you.
