this is why no loyalty at these trucking companies. most suck. i have leased my truck to over twenty of them in the past ten years. i guess that makes me a company jumper. well screw with my pay and i'm gone after the first few times. the one i am with now is a little better but still they screw up with payroll. i catch them once a month making stupid mistakes on my check. at least they correct it when i call. thats more then i can say for eighty percent of the rest. they just steal the money and you have to be ready to take them to court. i will get my money one way or the other. i dont let them steal what i work for without a fight. thats why my dac report has instances with past carriers on it because thats their way of trying to screw over you again. as long as they need trucks you have a job so i dont understand these drivers who are scared to speak up.
