These crooks take out fuel taxes without telling you they are going to do, the charge rediculous interest rates on emergency loans , and they even refuse to pay interest on escrow. Hell, they took fuel taxes out on my escrow return after they abruptly closed the Portsmouth Va terminal leaving my self and 2 other drivers without a job . Thats grattitude for you. I nolonger wonder why the terminal has closed 3 times in the last 5 years
