The latest Story on Fox this Morning confirmed that 3 states got the go ahead this week to raise the Legal Gross to 100,000lbs. The latest is

FL-88,000
VT- 100,000
NH-100,000
ME- 100,000

Jim Cole who is a Member of the GDOT is still deciding if he wants to get Congressional approval to raise the weights.

think it;s bad now? they'll stack all these high cube 40's to the roof making it more dangerous then ever before. watch and see. first off within a couple miles of every port there will be an epidemic of roll overs at exit ramps. this is flawed legislation backed by the shippers.
