In light of the recent change, about to encompass the ports of L.A. and Long Beach, by means of the extraction of professional drivers, having them replaced by Benny the Bean/Crash Dummies, I hereby declare those ports have been officially placed on notice. Any liability falls directly on the lap of L.A.Ports, their officials, and the State of California for allowing this to happen. I will certainly be available to any family that might lose a family member, by means of ill prepared drivers being supplied by those Mega carriers, in need of a expert witness to testify on their behalf. Knowing this will certainly be the results, just pay my meals, boarding, and train fare and I shall be happy to attend. If California believes for one minute, that responsibility will fall to the Mega Carriers, think again. Remember you made the bed, allowed the means for them to carry out the plan, and rubber stamped it all the way through. On second thought , my services will require 2% of the settlement, and nothing if you don't win, just like the lawyer fees but less. After all I want to be a billionaire too. California, you were fairly warned.

You are absolutely right about this. The LA port should pay more attention to cleaning up their own waterfront act. The California port authority is making critical trucking and worker status decisions based on bad advice. Maybe the Federal Maritime Commission will show some courage over the next week or two shutting this fiasco down before it goes further.

Yep, nothing like a 80,000# bullet who's only real ability is to reduce traffic flow. They thought text messages by a idiot train driver was bad, wait until they see the havoc on the roads caused by the Swift/Knight pier idiots. Another interview given to the LA Times by Benny the Bean. " Ok, I just got my CDL. They told me it was an easy job and $11.00/hr. was a great salary, Ok, I got a little pissed off. Yeah, I was only trying to scare those five school kids. Those punks were looking at me a little funny. Almost like , yeah, go ahead. So I went. Man, you should of seen it , papers, bookbags, flying all over the place. It look like a ticker tape parade. Yes, I admit, I was up all night cooking a new batch of Meth. See I get my cousin, Enesto to take the piss test for me. Up until now everything was rosy. Well now you can see what $11.00/hr gets you. A really large, very costly law suit. Not to mention those five dead kids. Regarding the FMC, who was once ruled by a lady named Helen Detrick Bently, who ruled with an iron fist. She was something. Now I believe them left with little or no authority. If they do represent shipping interest, this one would be stopped in its tracks. Why not fix the trucking community, which is not broken, when they can leave the piers alone , which are broken? Although , I would never wish anything to happen badly related to a crazed driver, I know its a comming. Only a matter of time. I would love to be the witness on the stand providing all of this documentation for the prosecution. Yes, your honor, I was there when we gave fair warning to California ports, when this whole thing started. I even sent letters to the L.A. Times, FMC, FTC, posted untold amount of topics onto the truckers forum, none of which were answered. See your honor here is that documentation right here. Judge " you mean to tell me, no one from the port did anything to quell this problem?" Not only that your honor, it was done to subtract a great group of well trained drivers, and replaced them with low paying teamster drivers, who were ill trained and the results are the very reasons we are here now. I can hear the hammer hitting the gavel block now, case for the planiff in the amount of $. Wow your honor , that much?
