how much time do you have to give shippr?

we have to give two hours wait time. then we get $55 per hour. i haven't received any yet because it seems thay always start to load after we have been there little more then one hour thirty minutes. this is all a game for these shippers. i think it should be one hour but with new hos there should be no wait time when they know you are coming.

we give one hr. driver gets $45.00 per hr after 1st hr. appointment time are just that. if we are held to appointment they are too. time is money more then ever with new hos.
