Why don't more drivers look for companies that have agents or tm's that have driven before and know what drivers are going thru? I can only name about 5 out of 100 plus in Hampton Roads that I would ever consider running for. Now days it seems like every tom, thingy, and harry that has been a dispatcher or terminal manager thinks they can start and run a trucking company. Ask them what experience they have, and how long they have been in business! That is why rates suck! too many companies cutting the rates....................................Step up guys, leave the small fries and shut them down, if there were only 40 or 50 companies here, rates would go up again. Think about it.

Think about it. it's not just small companies . the big companies are a piece of s#^t too. drivers should call a meet, decide which companies are decent enough for everyone to go work for & stick to it. pick a total of ten to fifteen companies & let companies know what's up. if they think everyone is serious the s#*t will change overnight. no f%#king unity in virginia among drivers. that's the problem. got to start by calling a meet with someone who has some brains, not the losers from before who want to collect membership dues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
