Anybody know about an outfit called QIC? Some hands and Sav tell me they're losing their operating authority for non-compliance with FMCSR & cheating their o/ops. But a hand at CHS tells me they have been re-instated and are now paying o/op's more than $1.75/mile. What's the real scoop on these guys? Should I sign on with them or not?

Ok hand. Can you please elaborate on this?
Why is he a thief? Also, can you provide some insight as to what you are doing now?
I am trying to make an informed decision based on facts. I have had many conversations with QIC & their drivers and this one has not been mentioned. And there have been plenty of things mentioned (good, bad and just ugly).
Anybody, feel free to hit me back with da facts.

u dont lose operating authority for cheating truckers. the fmcsa doesnt giv a crap how many carriers screw their oo's. if they did two thirds would be shut down. the feds are concerned about csa scores.i dont know any of them paying $1.75 to pull containers or maybe that is what they say not what they do. why pay that when so many will still work for a $1.00 per mile?
