so what's up drivers. i have been away for a while from the board and the port. my engine went out and i have been working nights at a shipping warehouse in chesapeake. it's back up running now so i am looking for another carrier to lease with. i am almost having thoughts of leaving the truck parked until i see some change in attitude and money. it has been nice with a steady pay checks every week without paying out almost half on diesel. the company i was leased with wanted to loan me a few bucks extra to fix the truck quickly but i have seen that with several other fellows who got deep into them. they sold the drivers trucks to pay the loans off. i would rather park it and take my time doing the job. plus i had this job offer so it worked out.
