Need help

I am 17 lookin into my 3406 b cat i just bought the owner sead it has 400 hp i want around 475 to 550. How do i do this without spending a ton of money. Ive herd turn the screws but im not sure were the screws are so if somebody could go into deep detail with me id love it. Im also lookin into buying a 97 kw w900 with 3406e cat wat is a safe hp for it? Please help!

call Bruce Mallory at Pittsburg power, I will try find number. good people . they will tell you what can do with the old mechanical 3406 engines to make them run without damage before you go messing around turning up the fuel. the last thing u want to do is over heat the motor by over fueling the pistons.
