What can I do to get more power out of my 3406C engine?

A C series CAT is computer engine. I believe that you can do all you need on machine with computer settings unless it's a 300/350 version. I'm no CAT man but have a Cummings. I added a better turbo plus had friend with machine tweak horse power settings on computer including RPM to 1,750 from 1,550.
