It's time to take a stand so let's do it with everyone else Norfolk! I know four trucks that won't pull freight May 1st or second at NIT or PMT. They will be parked. Everyone of you needs to park to get this message out. We need to make up signs with the surcharge is not making it to the trucker message and stand in front of the port gates or pick another good location that the news will come to. We need the news press to know what is happening on this fuel surcharge matter just like down in Georgia. We need to go to the TV stations here with the real story. Our companies think this money belongs to them. This is fuel surcharge money collected from the customer that is meant to subsidize our purchase of fuel at the pump. These guys are right. These people are stealing this money from the publics pocket and our pocket. Everybody suffers because of a few in the transportation business who are theives.

I think there is a truck driver meeting in Norfolk this Saturday. I heard someone mention it on the CB out on hwy 58. Does anyone have details on where and at what time?
