Don't be told you can't organize with the other ports. Stand up for yourselves and ask questions. Who is going to really lead you toward better wages and better rates for loads. If you're a company driver call a union. If you're an Owner Operator, then join with drivers in group actions. When you're stuck in the terminals ask your dispatch for waiting time. If they say no void out and leave. I've heard the stories that Global won't let you void out. That's Bull! You're grown Men an Women, no one can tell you you can't leave with Your Truck. Make it happen!
