Double Coin/CMA enhance retread warranty to 7 years and 3 retreads for their products by THE TRUCKER STAFF - Thursday, April 27, 2017
MONROVIA, Calif. — Double Coin and CMA, a tire manufacturer and marketer, has enhanced its retread warranty to seven years and three retreads for all Double Coin Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) tire products.
“We have been tracking Double Coin casings’ performance through various channels for the past eight years,” said Walt Weller, senior vice president of CMA/Double Coin. “The data shows that our TBR casings tires are extremely durable, and will retread as well as any major brand casings. We decided to put our money where our mouth is and extend the warranty. This new enhanced warranty when combined with Double Coin’s legendary original tread life performance make Double Coin truck tires a compelling solution for fleets and owner-operators looking to lower their tire operating costs.”
The new seven-year, three-retread warranty on TBR tires increases the warranty to two additional years and one additional retread from five years and two retreads on all TBR tires.
This also provides an additional retread for all OptiGreen Series Fuel-Efficient TBR tires.
“This gives customers who are looking for tremendous value and ways to lower operating costs, one more reason to choose Double Coin,” Weller said.
