What about giving Reinhardt a passive which will make him immune to the next CC like Cree stun or Brick stun with for example 15s CD? I mean it would make sense with all his armor suit and his role. I am not talking about complete CC imunity like Orisa has with her shift ability, just a lost of mostly spam-able abilities like Brick's stun, Cree's stun, Junk's mine, Pharah's E or Lucio's right click while not making him immune to enemy Reinhardt's charge or his ult etc (it is really question of balancing this which is pointless to talk about right now). Remember all these abilities has lower CD than the passive would have so he could eventually be CCed by it or when the enemy team simply use those together it would still make him immune only to the first one. The problem is that his charge which is the most fun part of his kit is basically unusable even vs a team with 0 teamwork where at least one person pay attention which is just bad and in the same time he really needs some buffs too. Or make him immune to those "minor" CCs when he is charging all together which could be OP but still better than nothing.
