Bennan once again shows what his pocket is full of

Once again, Brennan breaks from the other two commissioners in his zeal to show his pockets full of CTW booty. He must be one of two things here. First he is the largest of dummies to believe this thing has anything to do with clean air in California. Or Secondarily, he is so deep into the game, Hoffa's children must call him Uncle Bob. Thank goodness there are three commissioners. Only thing the government has done right in years. I could never go to work, knowing that my other two partners must consider him, (you fill in that blank).
