WELL DRIVERS I'M STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO POST A BETTER PLACE TO WORK SINCE THERE WAS SO MUCH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON MY WAGES,I REALLY DON'T THINK ANY ONE IS DOING ANY BETTER

years ago there was a movement to get truckers in the longshore union in charleston. what ever happened to that?

well drivers this is a sad day in my life,Ive been a owner-op for 34yrs and i sold my truck today and I'm throwing in the towel,any one know of a good company job out there,not containers.

sorry to hear that hand. mine went down six months ago with engine problems so i just said screw it til things get better out here in the jungle. i'll fix er up again when freight pays. least the d**n thing is paid fer. yeah containers are dime a dozen. worst paying crap i ever hooked to fifth wheel. guess trucking companies think dummies behind the wheel hauling for pennies will last forever?.can't wait til new fmcsa regulations kick in. maybe there will be a lot less steering holders to move their cheap garbage. maybe less sh*tty companies out here too.

i'm still waiting too but i can't find one of these companies worth a sh^t to brag on. i have worked for over thirty of these b@st@rds in the past fifteen years & it's the same everywhere. once they get started moving containers even if good from start up they all go to stealing our money. it's to easy to rob the drivers without any worry of oversight from authorities. who gives a sh^t about us?
